Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "piabet" refers to the online betting and casino platform operating at piabet.games, including all associated products, services, software, and interfaces made available to registered users.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered a verified account on piabet and is accessing the platform's services.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon successful registration, through which all financial transactions, wagering activities, and communication with piabet are conducted.
• "Platform" means the website, mobile interfaces, software, and any other technical systems through which piabet delivers its services.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any financial stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, or any other activity offered by piabet.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spin value, or non-cash incentive allocated to a Player's account by piabet under any promotional scheme.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) that have not been designated as bonus funds and are available for immediate withdrawal subject to these terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum aggregate bet turnover a Player must achieve before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of piabet is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained for the duration of account use:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of account registration. piabet reserves the right to request proof of age at any point and to suspend accounts where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
2. You must be a natural person acting in your own individual capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-natural legal persons are not eligible to hold piabet player accounts.
3. You must not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of piabet or its affiliated entities.
4. You must not be accessing piabet from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing piabet is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence.
5. You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from piabet under these Terms or under any prior version of these Terms.
6. You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction of residence.

piabet performs identity and age verification as part of the account registration process and at any subsequent point the platform deems appropriate. Players who fail verification checks will have their accounts suspended and any balance held pending investigation.

Account Registration

To access the full range of piabet services, Players must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. The following conditions govern the account registration process:

• Each individual may register only one account with piabet. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using the same or different personal details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• All information provided during registration — including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details — must be truthful and accurate. piabet reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any information provided.
• Players must provide a valid Pakistani mobile number, which will be used for identity verification and, where enabled, two-factor authentication.
• Players must nominate a secure password for their account. piabet strongly recommends the use of a unique password not shared with any other online service.
• Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. piabet shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Player has shared or failed to protect their credentials.
• Account registration constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, as well as the piabet Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

Account Security

Players bear primary responsibility for the security of their piabet account. The following obligations apply to all registered users:

• Players must not share their account credentials — including email address, password, or two-factor authentication codes — with any third party under any circumstances.
• Players must notify piabet support immediately upon becoming aware of, or suspecting, any unauthorised access to their account.
• piabet employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform connections and applies bcrypt hashing to stored passwords. These technical measures do not diminish the Player's own obligations regarding credential security.
• piabet will never request a Player's password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to do so should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• Players are responsible for any activity conducted through their account while their credentials remain active, unless piabet is notified of a compromise and takes appropriate action.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on piabet are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits, withdrawals, and the handling of Player funds:

• piabet accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit amounts and maximum limits applicable to each method are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to Player accounts upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. piabet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe published in the payment information section of the platform. piabet reserves the right to process withdrawals to the same method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible.
• Withdrawals may be subject to KYC verification prior to processing. Players who have not completed verification may experience delays in withdrawal processing until documentation is reviewed and approved.
• piabet maintains Player funds in segregated accounts, separate from operational funds. This ensures that Player balances are protected in the event of any financial difficulty affecting the platform operator.
• piabet does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors and banks may apply their own charges, for which piabet bears no responsibility.

Bonuses and Promotions

piabet offers various promotional incentives to registered Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms disclosed at the point of offer:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not available for withdrawal until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period specified for each promotion. Bonus funds and any associated winnings remaining at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• piabet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where a Player has already commenced wagering activity under the terms of that promotion.
• Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously. Eligibility for specific promotions is determined by piabet at its sole discretion.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, collusion to artificially meet wagering requirements, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional mechanics — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds, associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Free spins awarded as part of any piabet promotion carry a value that is applied toward wagering requirements at the rate specified in the individual promotion terms.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on piabet is subject to the following overarching rules, alongside any game-specific or sport-specific rules published on the platform:

• All wagers are final once confirmed. piabet does not accept requests to cancel or modify a confirmed wager except where expressly provided for in sport-specific rules (e.g., void bets arising from event cancellation).
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round or live bet, piabet will apply its best efforts to reconstruct the game state from server records. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's account.
• piabet reserves the right to void any wager placed at odds or on terms that were published in error due to a manifest technical or human error. Players will be notified and stakes refunded where a void decision is made.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on piabet. These limits are displayed at the point of wager placement and may be adjusted by piabet at any time.
• All casino games on piabet use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently audited to ensure compliance with published Return to Player (RTP) percentages.
• Live dealer games are subject to additional rules specific to the game variant in operation. The dealer's interpretation of game rules is final where a dispute arises during a live session.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on piabet:

• Registering more than one account for the same individual, whether using identical or different personal information.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or at any subsequent point of verification.
• Using automated scripts, bots, AI-assisted tools, or any other software designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market offered by piabet.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any casino game or sporting event available for betting on piabet.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities in a manner that gives the Player an advantage beyond what is achievable under normal gameplay conditions.
• Using the piabet platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity. piabet maintains full compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Accessing the piabet platform through a VPN, proxy, or other technical means for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or account limitations.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes with a financial institution while retaining winnings derived from the disputed deposit.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the piabet platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of piabet or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the piabet platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any piabet content without express written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the piabet platform.
• Using any piabet trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without written consent from piabet.
• Scraping, data-mining, or systematically extracting data from the piabet platform by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of piabet intellectual property will be addressed through applicable legal channels, including injunctive relief and claims for damages where appropriate.

Responsible Gaming

piabet is committed to fostering a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform provides the following tools and resources to assist Players in maintaining control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account dashboard. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure maximum session durations, after which the platform will automatically log the Player out.
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session notifications can be enabled to inform Players of their accumulated session time and net wagering result.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion for a defined period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.
• Account Closure: Players may request closure of their piabet account at any time. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course following account closure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, piabet's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, or the use of the platform, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

piabet shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the piabet platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events outside piabet's reasonable control.
• Actions taken by third-party payment processors, including transaction delays, declined transactions, or processing errors.
• Any claim or dispute arising from a Player's use of piabet in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited or restricted.
• Loss of account access resulting from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit piabet's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Amendments and Termination

piabet reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material amendments are made, piabet will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email to their registered address or via a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of piabet following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms.

piabet may suspend or terminate a Player's account at any time and without prior notice where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• piabet has reasonable grounds to believe the Player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct.
• Continuation of the account poses a risk to platform integrity, other Players, or piabet's regulatory obligations.
• The Player has failed to complete required identity verification within a specified timeframe.

On termination of an account, any real money balance held by piabet on behalf of the Player will be returned to the Player via their last used verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the deduction of any amounts owed by the Player to piabet.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations. Players agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant regulatory authority in respect of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms.
